Sara joined Montgomery Medical, PC in 2016 as a home-visiting nurse practitioner. She makes home visits for both transitional care, after a hospitalization, and primary care for our office patients who are homebound.
She received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Arizona, and her Master’s in Nursing from George Washington University, after which she began her career as a nurse practitioner in primary care.
She made a shift to geriatrics when she joined our group in 2016 and now enjoys making home visits.
Jennifer is the newest addition to our team of talented home-visiting providers. Jenny Completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Catholic University of America. She practiced as a registered nurse for seven years. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from George Washington University in 2014. Jennifer is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
